Dr Zareen Roohi Ahmed – Profile

Zareen was born and bred in the West Midlands, UK, and has led a varied career, spanning over 25 years, across a number of sectors.

Doctorate: Zareen has a PhD in Multiculturalism from the University of Aberdeen. Her thesis focused on Muslims in Britain from a theological, sociological and political perspective.

Gift Wellness Ltd: Zareen is the Founder and CEO of Gift Wellness; an award winning range of natural toiletries such as sanitary wear for women. The company was established with a strong social purpose and Zareen has donated over half a million sanitary pads to women in crisis through refugee camps, homeless charities and food banks. http://www.giftwellness.co.uk
